TriHealth is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. Under general supervision, you will decontaminate, clean, prepare, retrieve, and sterilize surgical items and equipment, and store, issue, and distribute medical supplies per policy and guidelines.
You must have High School diploma or GED and be able to read/write English, with up to one year of relevant experience.

Under general supervision, this position decontaminates, cleans, prepares, retrieves, and assists with sterilization of surgical items and equipment. As well as stores, issues, and distributes medical/surgical supplies in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Must have the knowledge and ability to use specific mechanical equipment, such as, sonic cleaners washer sterilizers, steam sterilizers, EtO sterilizers, Sterrad, and Steris and other specialized equipment. Must have basic knowledge of regulatory agency requirements and adhere to guidelines
