Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in sterile reprocessing technical parameters, including water and steam quality, detergents in decontamination, instrument quality, and water treatment.
• Lead investigations, form conclusions, strategies, and recommendations to help healthcare facilities make informed decisions and resolve client issues.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate surgical and laparoscopic instrumentation and container systems for flaws such as surface corrosion, friction corrosion, pitting corrosion, stress fractures, damage, etc.
• Execute tasks and work plans for consulting engagements as needed to deliver statements of work or generate secondary opportunities.
• Provide technical support to consultants, the sales team, and other employees as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
