Job summary

Randstad USA in Greenville, NC, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality execution across sterile manufacturing, filling, packaging, and inspection operations on a predictable 2-2-3 day shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

This contract role offers exposure to a top-tier pharma environment with a focus on cGMP compliance and real-time quality guidance on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related scientific field or equivalent
• 4+ years of QA, QC, or manufacturing operations experience in pharma
• Strong background in sterile or aseptic processing operations
• Proven technical writing experience for investigations, SOPs, and reports

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality assessments of facility operations, personnel, and documentation for cGMP
• Provide real-time guidance on production floor operations, aseptic techniques, and batch record corrections
• Participate in RAPID events, deviation investigations, and root cause analyses
• Review and approve batch records, change controls, deviations, SOPs, and training documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and CI initiatives
