Job summary

PIH Health Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our evening shift in Los Angeles, CA. You will work independently to reprocess and sterilize surgical instruments, perform decontamination, prep, and proper handling and storage to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in acute health care, knowledge of instruments, and fire card within 6 months. LA City certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute health care.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile processing supplies.
• LA City fire card within 6 months of employment.
• Preferred: IAHCSMM certification.
• Previous sterile processing experience preferred.
