Responsibilities

• Safely transports instruments/trays/supplies in a timely manner.
• Delivers and retrieves instruments/trays from procedural areas within given timeframes.
• Checks surgical instruments to ensure they are wiped and cleaned as required.
• Understands sterile processing needs across procedural areas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of sterile instrumentation process.
• Transports trays/instruments with proper precautions.
• Communicates effectively with team and vendors.
• Shows initiative in completion of assigned work.
