Sterile Processing

This position is located at 145 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA

Responsibilities

• Operations: Cleans, decontaminates, inspects, assembles, packages, and sterilizes surgical instrumentation. Follows established priority list, edited O.R. schedule, and telephone requests for required instruments. Navigates automated instrument tracking system software. Produces a minimum of 15 instrumentation sets per day. Demonstrates basic knowledge of the T-doc system
• Facilitates the identification of common goals within the department, ie prioritizing of work, quality and process of improvement, breech of policy, shared governance
• Demonstrates cost control by efficient use of supplies. Administrative responsibility for TDOC System

Credentials

• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) (Required)
• Certified Healthcare Leader (Preferred)

Education or Equivalent Experience

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• And 4+ years of sterile processing experience (Required)
