Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Central Service Technician to join our Surgical Services team, supporting the operating room before, during, and after procedures.
The role is full-time with benefits, scheduled Monday–Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, and rotating on-call after 8–9 months. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, CRCST certification is required, with 2–5 years of preferred experience.

Barnes-Jewish West County Central Sterile Processing Department provides a service that is an integral part of the quality of care that we provide for our patients. We ensure the integrity and sterility of our products and services for our customers. We control all parts of the sterilization process: decontamination, prep & pack, documentation of sterilization records, and sterile storage.
Function as a team member in the operating room to support medical and nursing staff during the pre, intra, and post-operative phase, including preparing equipment and supplies for use by the medical team, cleaning and sterilizing equipment and reusable supplies, assembling case carts/trays and performing direct patient care as needed.
