St. Charles Health System in Oregon is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to support the operating room by assembling case carts, cleaning, decontaminating, sterilizing, and distributing instruments and equipment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and CRCST or SPD Technician certification within 18 months of hire; sterile processing experience is preferred.
Full-Time, Days Location: Redmond and Bend, OR as needed. Non-Certified Pay Range: $22.30 - $30.11 Certified Pay Range: $27.74 - $41.61 Relocation: This role offers in-state or out-of-state relocation assistance for Certified candidates with one year of relevant experience who have not worked at St. Charles Health System in the last year.

Sterile Processing is responsible for cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments for all Operating Room procedures.
The Sterile Processing Technician at St. Charles Health Systems responsible for assembling case carts for surgeries, as well as cleaning, decontaminating, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing equipment and instruments used within the hospital. The Sterile Processing Technician ensures that instruments and equipment are properly decontaminated for safe handling. This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.
