Under supervision, you will join the Sterile Processing Department to learn decontamination, cleaning, assembly, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instrumentation.

The role supports safe patient care, with no prior experience required and opportunities for certification within two years of hire. Evening shift, full-time, in-house training provided.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification due within two years of hire: CBSPD, HSPA, or IAHCSMM.
• Healthcare or sterile processing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination, cleaning, assembling, and packaging of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment.
• Scanning, sterilization, storage, and distribution to supporting departments.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency per established standards.
