Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Sterile Processing professional to ensure instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, assembled, and tracked across hospital and clinics. The role requires attention to detail, independent work, and the ability to train others.

Responsibilities include preparing case carts, maintaining sterilization records, and communicating effectively with clinical teams. Travel between system facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 3 months of full-time orientation prior to working independently.
• Background in medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect and sterilize instruments/equipment per manufacturers' recommendations.
• Assemble instruments and prepare sets for sterilization.
• Select and perform sterilization methods and biological testing.
• Maintain and document sterilization records accurately.
• Assist with case cart preparation and inventory management.
• Provide training and assess new staff competencies.
