Job summary

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Albany, GA is seeking a CSP Tech to support the Central Sterile Processing team. You will decontaminate and clean instruments, and patient equipment; prepare, wrap and sterilize instruments and linen packs; and prep supplies for surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year central supply experience preferred.
• CRCST certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and decontaminates patient equipment and instruments.
• Prepares, wraps and sterilizes instruments and linen packs.
• Tests sterilizers and maintains biological testing records.
• Documents processes and ensures proper labeling and storage.
• Assembles case carts and restocks supplies for procedures.
