The candidate will clean, sterilize, and assemble instruments, manage logbooks, and participate in QA monitoring, ensuring readiness and compliance with infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and sterilize medical and surgical supplies and equipment.
• Assist OR staff by providing instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Maintain sterile processing areas and document sterilization cycles.
• Enter sterilizer operation data into logbooks and QA records.
• Adhere to safety policies; report safety hazards.
• Participate in department orientation, training and competency programs.
• Support turnover of cases and timely availability of instruments.
