ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Tech I (CSPDT or CRCST required) for the Day shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday with weekend/holiday rotation in Newark, Delaware.
The role involves decontaminating, sterilizing and preparing surgical instruments, assembling and labeling sets, and maintaining accurate records. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and CBSPD/CRCST certification.

High School Diploma or GED required. Sterile Processing Technician Certification CBSPD/CRCST required. Individuals that were employed prior to requirements will be grandfathered.
Hourly Pay Range: $19.84 - $29.76 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
