Responsibilities

• Process instruments, trays and case carts; operate Decontamination and Processing equipment.
• Check expiration dates; remove outdated items and take action as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of processed loads and biological indicators.
• Stock SPD supplies and rotate stock as needed.
• Assist in daily operations in supervisor/coordinator absence; lead when required.
• Operate steam and Sterrad sterilization equipment in accordance with procedures.
