Job summary

Mayo Clinic is hiring for a CRCST-certified role in Minnesota. You will clean, disinfect, and process sterile and non-sterile supplies, following established policies and procedures. On-the-job training leads to CRCST certification within 18 months, with potential pay increases after certification.

Full-time and part-time openings exist across shifts, with on-site work at Rochester locations. VISA sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• On the job training provided to develop CRCST certification.
• Stand and walk during shifts; occasional pushing/lifting up to 46 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, disinfection, preparation, processing and distribution of sterile and non-sterile medical supplies and equipment.
• Performs technical details according to policies and procedures; monitors quality and environment.
• Participates in continuous improvement processes; complete other duties as assigned.
