Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, seeks a Supervisor in Reprocessing and Distribution Services to lead sterile processing operations, including decontamination, packaging, sterilization and distribution, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide staffing, coach teams, ensure equipment maintenance, and partner with education and quality leaders to meet infection prevention standards; CRCST certification required within 18 months; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related field, or equivalent and 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in supply chain operations, customer service, or related environments preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills are required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) in word processing, spreadsheet, and computer data entry skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of reprocessing principles, quality assurance, inventory control, and continuous performance improvement concepts is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to meet project timelines.

• Supports policy development, education, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Le ads through coaching, teaching, and development of team members.
• Partners with leadership on process improvement and ensures regulatory readiness and compliance.
