Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards.
• Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and resolve issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high-quality care
• Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized
• Work closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries
