Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking a Central Service Instrument Technician Instructor to deliver quality educational experiences in sterile processing, instrumentation, and lab sessions. The role emphasizes fair and equitable student treatment and hands-on skill development.

You will supervise laboratory activities, assess student performance, coordinate with Didactics, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards while maintaining documentation and records for externship

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control.
• Understanding of surgical supplies and instrument sets.
• Two years of Central Service or Sterile Processing experience preferred.
• Ability to use electronic information systems.

Responsibilities

• Check attendance and report to the Registrar.
• Supervise Central Supply Department activities.
• Prepare exams, grade tests, and document results.
• Develop class participation schedules and counsel students.
• Conduct lab instruction with safety protocols.
• Run steam and gas sterilizers; perform bio tests.
• Prepare instrument trays and case carts.
• Maintain sterilization equipment and work area.
