Job summary

Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN, is seeking a part-time Sterilization Technician for a 0.8 FTE Day Shift. You will handle instrument processing, adhere to safety standards, and work as part of a professional, team-focused environment on site.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and offers a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, tuition reimbursement, and disability coverage. Candidates outside Minnesota are not specified.

Qualifications

Knowledge of medical terminology and experience and knowledge in surgical instrument handling and processing preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience of instrumentation decontamination including sorting, disassembly/reassembly, manual and mechanical cleaning, microbicidal processes, equipment operation, and standard/transmission-based precautions preferred.
Ability to read/articulate manufacturer's instructions for use (IFU)
