Job summary

The role requires leadership of MSTs, staff education, and program administration to ensure patient safety and service excellence. The position emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the Chief of SPS to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• One year of health care related coursework such as sterile processing or operating room courses.
• Experience or education demonstrating ability to perform the work.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision in the SPS program and assess plans and outcomes.
• Coordinate sterile processing activities including disinfection, sterilization, and storage.
• Lead staff education and quality management for SPS operations.
• Assist Chief of SPS in monitoring instruments, corrective actions, and program goals.
