Job summary

• No prior work experience required.
• Apprenticeship hours completed and certification prep planned.

Responsibilities

• Learn proper cleaning, decontamination, and disinfection of instruments.
• Assist in assembly and packaging of instrument sets.
• Observe sterilization processes and operate autoclaves.
• Document sterilization cycles and load contents.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Support inventory handling and distribution of supplies.
• Report damaged instruments to supervising staff.
• Engage in apprenticeship training and mentorship.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
