The Sterile Processing Academy is designed to give on the job training to those who are newly certified in Sterile Processing. Length of training is individualized based in the Teammate's needs. After successful completion of the training program, the individual is interviewed for and slotted into an available Sterile Processing Tech position in the market.
During the Academy, the position is day shift. After Academy completion, various shifts and locations are available.
