B. Braun CAPS is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in the preparation of sterile IV medications in a 503A facility under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The role emphasizes aseptic technique and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Required GA Pharmacy Technician license; preferred PTCB/NHA ExCPT certification. The position follows a 4x10 schedule with potential weekend alternation and offers competitive hourly pay in the stated range.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license issued by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy is required.
• High school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent required.
• Preferred: PTCB or NHA ExCPT certification.
• cGMP training/experience and aseptic processing training/experience are desirable and training will be provided.
• Schedule: 4x10s on weekdays with alternating weekends (8:30am–7pm).
• Salary range: $18.00–$23.50/hr.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to CAPS policies and procedures.
• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Assists in setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies.
• Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Participates in cleanroom product introduction activities.
• Prepares records and monitors results for pharmaceutical quality assurance testing.
