Job summary

Southend Pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity.

The ideal candidate holds an active CPhT in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, has at least 1 year of sterile compounding experience, and can work the required PRN schedule with flexibility. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Job Summary

Southend Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy.

Work Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

Wednesday and Thursday: 10-hour shifts

Friday–Sunday: 12-hour shifts

Monday and Tuesday: 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of medication records
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Support compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

What We Require
