Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification recommended, but not required.
• Experience in pharmacy and Georgia Board of Pharmacy Registration is required.
• Sterile pharmacy experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile lab duties including cleaning and prepping sterile products.
• Provide customer service to walk-in patients and over the phone.
• Prepare, process and package medications.
• Measure dosages according to prescriptions.
• Process prescriptions using computer software.
• Label and record dosage information.
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
