Job summary

The Pharmacy Technician role supports sterile IV preparation under a licensed pharmacist.

Schedule is part-time, 9am-5:30pm, mainly on weekends with overtime as needed. Requires CA Pharmacy Technician license; salary range $25.17-$28.09 hourly; full benefits package

Qualifications

• Requires CA pharmacy technician license and aseptic technique experience.
• Familiarity with cGMP and aseptic processing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to CAPS policies and procedures.
• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Assists in setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies.
• Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
• Participates in cleanroom product introduction activities.
• Prepares records and monitors results for QA testing.
