Strive Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Aseptic Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Alachua, FL. You will prepare sterile compounded medications, maintain GMP standards, and document all steps under supervision of operations and QA leaders.

The role requires attention to detail and strong aseptic technique in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, knowledge of USP and cGMP guidelines, and the ability to operate specialized

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant technical training.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of USP, USP <>, and FDA cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sterile manufacturing: follow formulations to produce sterile injectable meds.
• Quality control & documentation: perform quality checks and document procedures.
• Collaboration: coordinate with directors, managers, and QA teams for compliance.
• Equipment documentation: maintain calibration logs and batch records.
• Cleanroom maintenance: ensure cleanliness and correct disposal of waste.
• Inventory management: monitor stock and report shortages.
