Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown Registered Nurse to monitor patients who require frequent assessment but aren’t unstable enough for critical care. You’ll track vital signs, detect changes in condition, administer medications, and provide hands-on care as part of a flexible workforce.

This role supports travel nursing across facilities in the United States, with weekly pay, licensure reimbursement, CEU assistance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of recent experience in the primary area of care.
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements & certifications may be requested by the facility/unit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Detect changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safe administration.
• Provide hands-on patient care and support as part of the care team.
