Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with Riverspan, is seeking Stepdown Registered Nurses to work with affiliated facilities across the United States. You will monitor patients requiring frequent assessments, administer medications, and provide hands-on care while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of stepdown experience, hold an active RN license in the US, and are flexible for travel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care.
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit.
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients who require frequent assessment but aren't unstable enough for critical care.
• Monitor vital signs and detect changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and provide hands-on care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Support patient and family needs during transport and shift transitions.
