Role Summary:

The RN coordinates patient care according to established standards, safety protocols, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control, aiming for optimal patient outcomes. They are responsible for emergency preparedness, including fulfilling hospital incident command system (HICS) duties and understanding emergency codes. The role involves performing related duties as required to support hospital operations.
