Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK King’s Daughters as the employer of record for Riverspan, is seeking a Stepdown RN to monitor patients requiring frequent assessment but not unstable enough for ICU. You will perform vital signs, detect changes, administer medications, and provide hands‑on care.

You must have an active US state nursing license and 1–2 years of relevant experience. This travel position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits to support a flexible, mobile workforce.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help

Responsibilities

• Monitor vitals and patient condition with frequent assessments
• Detect changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide hands-on care and support to patients and families
