Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK King's Daughters for Riverspan, seeks a Stepdown RN in Texas (Wichita Falls) to support patients needing frequent assessments. You will monitor vitals, detect condition changes, administer medications, and provide hands-on care in a dynamic stepdown setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of recent stepdown experience, an active RN license, and a proactive, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience in the primary care setting (stepdown/telemetry).
• Active RN license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the facility/unit.
• Enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring frequent assessment but not unstable enough for critical care.
• Detect changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and safety.

Job description

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
