Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown Registered Nurse in West Virginia (Weirton) to monitor patients who need frequent assessments but are not in critical condition.

You will monitor vital signs, detect changes in patient condition, and administer medications, providing hands-on care. WV RN licensure plus ACLS and BLS are required; partnership with UK King’s Daughters via Riverspan handles onboarding and payroll.

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands‑on care.

Licenses: Current RN license for West Virginia. Certifications: ACLS and BLS
