Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown RN in Indiana to monitor patients requiring frequent assessment who are not unstable enough for critical care. You will monitor vital signs, detect changes in condition, administer medications, and provide hands-on care.

Qualifications

• Indiana RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
