Ceiba Routes, LLC is hiring motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages using cargo vans. We seek dependable, energetic individuals ready to provide excellent customer service while keeping safety a top priority.

We offer full-time roles (4 days, must work a weekend day) or part-time roles (2–3 days) with shift hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Full-time positions include health benefits, PTO, 401(k) with matching, tuition assistance, and other perks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages as a van/Step Van driver for Amazon packages.
• Provide excellent customer service while prioritizing safety.
• Work full-time (4 days, includes a weekend day) or part-time (2–3 days).

• Support daily vehicle checks and route efficiency.

DSP Package Delivery Driver - Deliver Packages as a Van Delivery Driver - Step Vans

We are looking for full -time (4 days, must work a weekend day) or part-time drivers (2 to 3 days)Step Van Driver positions with Ceiba Routes, LLC delivering packages!

Shift Time (Approximate hours): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. (10-hour shifts)

Full-time does require to work ONE WEEKEND DAY (Either SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS) REQUIRED!!! Only full-time comes with health benefits.

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• DOT Certification
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lb packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We need people who are reliable, quick, and ready to work every day. Ideal candidates are energetic and ready to get the job done. Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van quickly throughout the day.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate a larger delivery vehicle

Additional Information

• Possibility to increase to $23 hourly after 6 weeks of high performance.
• The company provides you with van and delivery device, you will not be driving your own vehicle.
