Job summary

Wayzata High School seeks a dedicated Super Mileage Advisor to lead and support students in the Super Mileage program. You will guide design, construction, testing, and competition prep while fostering teamwork and STEM skills.

You will supervise meetings, promote safety, coordinate logistics, and communicate with families and the Activities Department to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in engineering, automotive technology, STEM education, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students during meetings, practices, and competitions
• Guide students through vehicle design, construction, testing, and troubleshooting
• Promote safety and responsible use of tools and equipment
• Coordinate competition preparation and logistics
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered team environment
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and Activities Department staff
