Job summary

Qualifications

• Coaching teachers and leading adult learning initiatives.
• Ability to translate curriculum standards into high-quality classroom practice.
• Proven capacity to improve STEM outcomes through targeted instructional coaching.
• Strong collaboration skills with K–12 STEM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of K–4 STEM instructional priorities across all schools.
• Design and facilitate professional learning for K–4 STEM teachers and leaders.
• Monitor data and identify instructional trends to drive improvement.
• Ensure alignment of daily instruction with long-term STEM outcomes.
• Collaborate with Middle and High School STEM leaders to ensure smooth transitions from Grade 4 to Grade 5.
