Job summary

Science Akadémeia, the Atlanta Preschool of Science, is looking for enthusiastic Summer Camp Counselors for a STEM-focused summer camp. Ideal candidates are college students or recent graduates, passionate about working with children. Counselors will supervise campers, assist with engaging activities including science and engineering projects, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Interest in working with children in an educational environment.
• Ability to supervise groups of children in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Must pass a DECAL comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times.
• Assist with daily STEM-based camp activities.
• Lead small group activities and encourage participation.
