We’re looking for a highly skilled STEM specialist fluent in Chinese who can bring subject matter expertise, linguistic precision, and cultural context to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate and refine outputs, and provide expert feedback on complex STEM concepts, problem-solving approaches, and terminology in both English and Chinese to strengthen model performance.

On a typical day, you will review and annotate AI-generated content, assess responses for technical accuracy and clarity, identify and document error patterns, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and domain‑specific guidelines.

Fluency in Chinese is required, along with demonstrated expertise in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) through teaching, research, or applied practice. Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential.

We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
