Job summary

The Masterpiece Academy in the United States seeks a passionate STEM Facilitator to guide students through hands-on learning across Loudoun and Fairfax locations. You will deliver pre-designed lesson plans, lead experiments, and foster curiosity and problem solving.

You will adapt instructional approaches for diverse learners, collaborate with educators and parents, and maintain STEM materials while staying current with educational trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related fields (Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or Education with a STEM focus).
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or youth program experience preferred (formal or informal education settings).
• Experience with hands-on STEM tools such as robotics kits, coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, Python), 3D printing, or engineering kits is a plus.
