Job summary

Crème de la Creme Mount Laurel is seeking a STEM Enrichment Teacher to lead and mentor teachers, delivering a curriculum that supports young learners’ growth in a nurturing environment.

You will partner with families and center staff to promote high-quality care and education, while aligning with state requirements and center goals. Strong communication and commitment to child development are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• State-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
