Job summary

Play-Well TEKnologies is seeking a full-time operations manager to oversee our LEGO-based STEM enrichment programs across the Hartford region. You will work from a home base, coordinate site relations, and ensure programs run smoothly with strong client engagement.

You will mentor instructors, manage schedules, and respond to parent questions while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires travel to classes and strong communication with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children in classrooms, camps, or enrichment programs.
• Willingness to work ~40 hours/week, including some weekends/evenings.
• Proven ability to manage people and run programs.
• Proficient use of Google Docs, Word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional operations for Play-Well TEKnologies across the Hartford area.
• Coordinate with schools, recreation centers and partners to deliver LEGO-based STEM programs.
• Mentor and train staff to lead engaging classes and handle classroom dynamics.
• Handle client communications and promote programs in the community.
