Job summary

BEAM is seeking a Coordinator for STEM Enrichment and Access in the Los Angeles area to support program operations and student engagement. The role involves coordinating outreach with families, tracking enrollment, and helping grow participation in BEAM’s math and STEM experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth programming or education initiatives.
• Experience working with middle or high school students, especially in STEM or enrichment.
• Comfort with family and student outreach via calls, email, or in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations for STEM enrichment initiatives.
• Coordinate outreach and follow-up with students and families.
• Help recruit and retain students and engage schools in BEAM programs.
• Create weekly newsletters for students and families with program updates and opportunities.
• Track participation and outcomes in BEAM systems and reports.
