Job summary

Overdeck Family Foundation is seeking a full-time Program Analyst for the Inspired Minds portfolio. The role supports impact and influence goals, builds an evidence base, and helps with grantee data collection and grantmaking workflow.

The Analyst will foster relationships with STEM education providers and share insights with peer funders, aiding strategy and communications. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in education are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of related experience in education or education-related role preferred.
• Interest in unlocking every child’s potential through partnerships and evidence-based ideas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen empathetically.
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities for difficult issues.
• Initiative and ability to work independently with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date database synthesizing evidence-based practices and research.
• Maintain a complete database of all grantees in the portfolio for analysis, learning, and reporting.
• Ensure operational efficiency and project management of the portfolio including calendar and grantee check-ins.
• Develop a grant pipeline with due diligence, proposals for the board, manage outcomes, and renewal decisions.
• Build relationships with peer funders to support the portfolio and grantees.
