Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks Independent RoofField Inspectors to assess steep and high roofs, document exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections. You will work within our contractor network using modern tools to support swift claims resolution.

Qualified applicants have roof inspection experience, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to obtain required certifications. HAAG certification is a plus; MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely inspect steep and high roofs.
• Detail-oriented inspections under varied weather conditions.
• Empathy when dealing with insureds and sound professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections on steep/high roofs and evaluate exterior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections as part of claims processing.
• Utilize technology to assess property damage and document findings.
• Coordinate inspections and provide timely, accurate reports to clients.
