Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Inspector to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. You will inspect steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge tech. This is an Independent Contractor position.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable truck, van or SUV capable of carrying at least a 32’ ladder.
• Must have a Lidar device or ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro / iPhone 12 Pro or greater).
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Ability to obtain required certifications to join the contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs safely and assess exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections as part of claims support.
• Utilize technology to assess property damage and guide repairs until permanent work is completed.
