Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is hiring for a Steel Warehouse Associate in Forest Lake, MN. Earn $21.00 per hour with a full-time, day shift schedule and weekly pay. Position is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity at a growing steel facility.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, with weekly pay. Benefits include health coverage, disability and life insurance, sick leave, and an referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or steel-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts or overhead cranes (or willingness to learn).
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate saws, shears, and other steel-processing equipment.
• Pull, stage, and prepare steel orders according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material-handling equipment.
• Measure, cut, and package steel materials accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
