Cardinal Staffing is seeking motivated General Laborers for a steel manufacturing facility in New Boston, MI. This role offers weekly pay, competitive wages, and the potential for full-time hire after 90 days based on attendance and performance.

Responsibilities include pulling finished parts from laser machines, assisting with slitting sheet metal, banding steel coils, and supporting the production team. Safety and attendance are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Updated resume reflecting recent work history.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Must read and speak English fluently.
• Steel toe boots/shoes required.
• Strong attention to detail for defect inspection.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others.
• Excellent attendance and stable work history.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Pull finished parts off laser machines.
• Assist Slitters with slitting sheet metal to customer-specified sizes.
• Band steel coils and prepare materials for shipment.
• Assist shear operators and support production team as needed.
• Inspect materials for defects while moving along the production line.
• Set up and prepare skids for finished product.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
• Work overtime when required due to increased production demands.
