Position Title: STEAMEducator

Type: Full-Time

We are seeing a passionate and innovativescience, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) educator for a split position between Lucy Addison Middle School and James Breckinridge Middle School.

Position Overview:TheSTEAMEducator will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging and interdisciplinarySTEAMcurriculum to middle school students. This role requires a strong foundation inSTEAMsubjects, a commitment to hands‑on learning, and the ability to integrate arts into the traditional STEM fields. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student curiosity and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive STEAM curriculum aligned with state and national standards.
• Create and deliver engaging, hands‑on STEAM lessons that encourage critical thinking, problem‑solving, creativity, and innovation.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources, including technology, to support diverse learning styles.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of all students.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning journey.
