Job summary

Snapology is hiring Classroom Instructors who can lead summer camps and school-year STEAM classes, with potential to coach FLL robotics teams. Instructors work with kids ages 4–14, delivering hands-on activities using LEGO bricks, robotics, and more.

Locations include Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, and surrounding TX communities. Flexible part-time hours (5–20 hrs/week) with paid training and opportunities to stay on through the school year.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working with children ages 4–14.
  • Classroom or camp experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Degree or progress toward a degree in Education or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Must pass background and child clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Lead groups of up to 16 students through engaging, curriculum-based STEAM activities.
  • Promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving while introducing students to STEAM concepts.
  • Follow Snapology’s provided lesson plans and materials—no prep needed!
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Snapology leadership.
  • Transport, clean, and manage program materials.
  • Participate in team training and meetings (training provided in Bedford, TX).
  • Represent Snapology professionally at events, camps, and classes.
